Abstract

From the encounter of a recorded tape of Borges about Don Quixote, at the University of Texas in Austin, Professor Ortega comments on Borges’ version of the novel, made as a poetics of the Hispanic American story. This poetics of reading postulates that we have all written Cervantes’s novel.
